it wont cut out :L

I recently brought a goped as part of a project. I start it up and it runs fine but then when I hit the kill switch it doesn't switch off. what else can I do to kill the engine. please help I really don't fancy draining the fuel tank to stop it again

Hi, im having the same issue with my goped sport, i just need to chase the wire and find the brake hopefully., But i believe if you find locate the thin black wire coming off the engine, you should see a connector shortly after it comes out of the engine cover. try pulling this apart if this doesnt stop the engine try touching the wire onto the engine casing(metal) one of these methods should kill the spark. Lets us know how you get on?
